A great family trip that will be a gentle interaction with the outdoors. If you or your kids have always wanted to paddle kayak or row a raft, this is the trip to learn on! Experience the pleasures of sleeping under the stars and handling your own boat in this scenic canyon setting. Time will be set aside for those who need to learn camping basics—how to pitch a tent, attend to sanitary needs, etc. The river includes flat water and small rapids with one exciting one (class III in high water only). Call if you have questions regarding the nature of the activity and comfort. Our licensed guides will gladly man (or woman) the oars if you'd prefer to relax.
