Parents!
Bring the kids for a fun filled weekend of exploration and learning
at our Professor Valley Field Camp.
We are hosting a special weekend just for families May 7-9, 2010.

2 Nights at our Professor Valley Field Camp sleeping in tipis. Includes healthy meals starting with dinner on Friday through lunch on Sunday, hikes, educational talks including a night sky program and a whitewater rafting trip (class I-III rapids) on Sunday.

Bring the Family to Camp!

Objectives: To engage kids and parents in fun and educational activities, To explore the natural and cultural history of Canyon Country, To provide families with a meaningful experience, and To allow parents freedom to pursue own interests.

Friday
4:00 pm	Arrival at Professor Valley Field Camp
5:30/6:00pm	Orientation and Introduction to the Camp
6:00pm	Dinner
8:00pm	Night Sky activity

Saturday
7:00am	Breakfast
8:00am	Pack Lunch, Prepare for day
9:00am	Depart for Hittle Bottom for day of rafting on the Colorado River
	Lunch on the River
3:00pm	Return from day of rafting, Siesta or Free time till dinner
6:00pm	Dinner
7:30-9:00	Campfire

Sunday
7:00am	Breakfast
8:00am	Prepare for day, Pack lunches. Get gear in order for departure this afternoon.
9:00am	Depart for Mary Jane Canyon or Petroglyph panel
	Lunch on trail
By 3:00pm	Closing Ceremony. Depart for home afterward
