Pack Creek Dinner
Join us for a delicious, enlivening evening.
A tentative menu that has been proposed includes:
- Appetizer: Bruschetta with a spread of goat cheese and fruit chutney.
- Main dish: Grilled meat - either lamb, chicken or beef if available locally.
- Salad: chilled watermelon and cucumber with fresh mint and balsamic vinaigrette.
- Sides: green beans and zucchini with green-herb sauce; fresh local tomato platter; mixed grain pilaf with roasted peppers and eggplant.
- Dessert: fresh fruit cobbler or crisp
- Where: Pack Creek Ranch in the former Lodge Building (333 Abbey Road)
