Pack Creek Dinner

Join us for a delicious, enlivening evening.

A tentative menu that has been proposed includes:

  • Appetizer:  Bruschetta with a spread of goat cheese and fruit chutney.
  • Main dish:  Grilled meat - either lamb, chicken or beef if available locally.
  • Salad:  chilled watermelon and cucumber with fresh mint and balsamic vinaigrette.
  • Sides:  green beans and zucchini with green-herb sauce; fresh local tomato platter; mixed grain pilaf with roasted peppers and eggplant.
  • Dessert:  fresh fruit cobbler or crisp
  • Where: Pack Creek Ranch in the former Lodge Building (333 Abbey Road)
